MILHUB takes properties on within London, Reading & Manchester

NO. You will not be charged any fees for our service.

We are open to considering all properties, but ideally flats and houses that have a minimum of 2 bedrooms and 1 reception room. As for development sites, we assess this on a case by case basis and would need to arrange a site visit beforehand.

As we will not be occupying the property, we will pay you an upfront fee once we have reached an agreement. The fee will typically amount to the first week’s rent and we will obtain the deposit from our HUB Members (Tenants). We will hold and protect any deposit taken using our registered deposit protection scheme. For peace of mind, in our agreements, we agree to hand the property back to you in the condition it was in when leased. by us.

Once we have had the chance to meet you in person and visit the property, we send a formal proposal within 24 hours of the viewing taking place.

Yes. Partners are required to supply a property that is furnished. In the cases where the property is not furnished, we will factor this into our offer. Our general requirements are as follows: Bedrooms • Double Beds w/ mattress • Chest of drawers • Wardrobes • Desk (where possible) Kitchens • Washing machine • Oven Cooker • Fridge/Freezer • Microwave

Primarily, we guarantee our rents with actual sums of capital generated by MILHUB. If the property is vacant or the tenant fails to pay the rent, you still get paid on time. We do not use any insurance products.

We will set up a monthly standing order direct to your bank account for the agreed rent. We pay your rent on the same day each month for the duration of our contract regardless of any void periods we incur. You can have the peace of mind that there is no uncertainty as to whether you will receive your rent.
