About Andrew
Andrew Okun is the co-founder of MILHUB, a forward-thinking property group dedicated to providing affordable homes, vibrant communities, and long-term value for tenants, landlords, local authorities, and investors.

Andrew began his career as an estate agent at a renowned high-street London agency, where he quickly recognised how antiquated the industry was. He saw first-hand how traditional models failed to incentivise agents to go above and beyond for their clients, often leading to subpar sales and lettings services.
​
Eager to learn from industries doing things differently, Andrew pivoted into the tech sector. Rising through the ranks to become both a Team Lead and an Enterprise Account Executive, he gained extensive experience in sales, leadership, and building high-performing teams. More importantly, he observed how fast-growing tech companies embedded innovation into their products and services — lessons he knew could be applied to transform an archaic industry like real estate.

While still working in tech, Andrew decided to start his first property management business with his childhood friend, Ross. This became the foundation for MILHUB, a venture where he could apply everything he was learning in tech systems, marketing, and scalability into the property world.

Today, Andrew leads on strategy, marketing, and operations at MILHUB, bringing a data-driven mindset and process-led approach to an industry still ripe for modernisation. His mission is clear: to create affordable homes, build communities, and prove that property can be both people-focused and scalable when run with innovation and integrity.
