About Ross
Ross Agbaje is the co-founder of MILHUB, where he leads on acquisitions and landlord relationships with a focus on building lasting partnerships and delivering win-win solutions.

Ross began his career with an independent estate agency in East London, working primarily in sales. During this time, he gained extensive experience in sourcing land and development opportunities for property developers, honing his skills in negotiation, deal-making, and spotting value where others might not.
​
A natural communicator and relationship builder, Ross is people-focused at his core. His strength lies in connecting with landlords, investors and partners, ensuring that every deal is approached with fairness, trust and a focus on long-term community impact.

Ross’s entrepreneurial journey is deeply intertwined with Andrew’s. Growing up together in the same area, the two childhood friends first explored business by starting an online venture before co-founding MILHUB. Together, they combined Andrew’s systems-driven approach with Ross’s people-first mindset to build a business that is both scalable and socially conscious.

Motivated by the belief that property should benefit all parties involved, Ross is passionate about creating housing solutions that go beyond profit, focusing instead on building communities and leaving a positive social impact in the areas MILHUB operates.
